As I could ignore that one scene where he was with OW in the beginning before meeting heroine I enjoyed it For his credit hero had eyes only for her after meeting heroine He also didn’t shy away from the realization that he loved herI liked the story and how strong and honorable heroine was Secondary characters complimented each other and the story very wellEpilogue was so sweetRecommended

Fairly decent fairly typical HP He was not nearly as ruthless as the blurb makes him seem She was a nice girl not a wimp but she went along with his plan because he convinced her that it was the best course The characterization of the heroine was particularly well done There were scenes from both the heroine's and the hero's POV He was a decent enough guy who was controlling and trying to make his grandfather's last days pleasant He just happened to fall in lust with her I did feel like his true love for her was a bit sudden and since it happened while not in his POV I wasn't sure I really trusted it Still a pleasant enough way to pass an evening

A good read Jenny was a sympathetic heroine kind and essentially honest We are given enough insight into her character to understand her motives for assuming the Rossini identity and going along with Dante's plan I liked how she wasted no time in being honest with Dante about her true identity and how nice she was with Marco Dante's grandfather In comparison Dante was a less well developed character We know he cared deeply for Marco enough to the point that he wanted his grandfather's last days to be happy view spoilerThus the plan to reunite Marco with his long lost granddaughter hide spoiler

This was a touching story Jenny Kent woke up in the hospital and everyone was calling her by her friends name She was heartbroken to find out her friend had passed away She didn't correct anyone Jenny didn't seem any harm in taken her friends name just until Jenny had time to recover from her injuries Dante Rossini was asked by his grandfather who was dying to find Bella He wanted to meet his granddaughter before he passed away Jenny did not want to go and no longer wanted to pretend to be her friend On the other hand she wanted to make a dying man happy The romance between Dante and Jenny was sweet and spicy I really enjoyed this story

Ruthlessly Bedded by the Italian BillionaireI had a hard time in the beginning Jenny wakes up in a hospital after being in a car accident Her friend died in it Everyone there thought she was Bella She decides go with it For six months she pretends to be someone else But enters Bella's Italian family Dante her cousin has come for Bella to give a dying man his last wish What happens when they get to Italy is the rest of the story He has a mistress and another cousin who causes much angst Did love having to read his thoughts here What he was doing and feeling

To me this was a rather empty story It was lovely that Dante and Jenny wanted to make Marcos last days happy ones even though Dante was blackmailing Jenny But still there was something lacking As for the last chapter WHAT? Was this an afterthought to make up the pages? One thing that wasn't answered for me was the identity thefthow did they yet around it Jenny was living as Isabella Rossini for Six plus months and she had a passport under that name

There were moments that I enjoyed and the melodrama was nicely angsty But It's hard to care about the old dude that this whole charade is in aid of He was such an asshole And not just in some distant past but right up until he realized he was dying and even after that sigh The woman was a likable mess And the man had some charming aspects though not a lot The ending was just too much and honestly I'm still sad about the real Bella having died uite a bummer

I didn't like that book started with Hero in bed with another woman but did like that once he met heroine he was only was interested in her The hero turned out to not be such a jerk like he started the book out as I did like heroine for most part but didn't like the constant thinking about her past and her having no one Np

Sweet and shortThis story was a bit different than most other's I've read by the author While still predictable overall the unusual plot was enjoyable I would have preferred a less rushed ending though

Way to break my heart I'm bawling my eyes out here A heart warming obviously also heartbreaking read where the title and back cover copy don't really do it justice While the hero is a steamroller he's not a total asshat Of course everything is relativePart of the November Harleuin Presents bundle on Kindle
